At the heart of the house is the impressive open-plan lounge and dining area, with soaring ceilings, exposed original wooden beams and a large fireplace with log burner. The generous sofas make it a great space for everyone to gather, whether you're settling in for an evening by the fire or enjoying a meal together around the dining table.

The cottage has four bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and an additional ground-floor WC. Please note; there is no shared main bathroom, each of the three bathrooms is privately accessed from a bedroom, while the separate WC is conveniently located off the main hallway.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped for longer stays and group meals, while outside you'll find a courtyard with outdoor seating for relaxed breakfasts, drinks or summer evenings.

A small separate outbuilding, accessed directly from the courtyard, has been turned into a children's playroom, complete with table football and a selection of toys, giving younger guests their own space to enjoy.

The property is ideally placed for exploring Shropshire. Nescliffe Hill is close by, with woodland and countryside walks and far-reaching views, while Shrewsbury is approximately 15 minutes away by car for independent shops, restaurants, pubs and the town's historic centre.

Despite the rural setting, the cottage is also conveniently positioned for the A5, making it easy to reach Shrewsbury, Oswestry and the wider Shropshire countryside.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 1 hour after booking if arrival is at least 2 hours away at time of booking.
